Kombucha is a probiotic that produces bubbles and is a great alternative for those who want to give up soda. It also helps balance intestinal flora, bringing health benefits.

When I was a teacher at a school, a teacher always brought her homemade kombucha, it was very good, I tried to make it at home, but mine was horrible hahahaha. It’s a way to save money and have more quantity if you make it at home.

Here in the United States, I found this brand called Health-Ade at Walmart. Their Kombucha has a hint of vinegar flavor, and I actually liked it. It’s a great help for those who want to give up soda.
I felt that kombucha helped regulate my bowel movements. I’d been feeling really bad lately. I found out why. When I moved to the United States, I became neurotic about not wanting to gain weight. I started eating a lot of diet foods, 0 calories. I’m also lactose intolerant.
I was feeling really sick, and then I found out that I have a low tolerance for sucralose, and some plant-based milks have an additive called guar gum, which was also making me feel bad.
I’m adjusting my diet. Now, as far as drinks go, I’m drinking more homemade natural juice, water, and Kombucha as a probiotic. The milk that I’ve adapted to the most here is oat milk. Coconut milk has the additive guar gum, which hasn’t been my friend.
I highly recommend trying the brand. It’s always good to include probiotics in your diet to help protect your intestines and boost your immunity. For those who aren’t used to it, it’s like taking Yakult, fermented milk. Take small doses so it doesn’t go bad.
